The Twiga Foundation provides consulting services on a variety of topics in group training sessions, one-on-one consulting or projects designed specifically for an organization. Workplace Flexibility
The Twiga Foundation has been engaged in the promotion and implementation of workplace flexibility as a dynamic relationship between the employer and employee that identifies how, when and where work is done and how careers are organized that work for both. We would love to share with your organization the lessons learned and promising practices discovered during the last decade of research, policy decisions and implementation of workplace flexibility. Health & Wellness
The Twiga Foundation believes that employees who engage in a workplace wellness program will be more productive both at work and at home. A workplace wellness program includes a health screening, health risk assessment and a personal wellness program that is tailored to each individual’s health goals. The Twiga Foundation has partnered with My Health Roadmap to administer the health screening and health risk assessment. Twiga has also hired their own wellness coordinator to help employees interpret their results and create a strategy to reach their health goals.

Public Sector – Successes in Flexibility
Through the States as Employers of Choice project, Twiga Foundation has worked with several State governments using flexibility to retain and recruit a high quality workforce. We can share some of the successes of other states that have improved customer service and reduced costs significantly for the state government.
